Leadership Point

Lead, don't just manage.

Leadership development for managers and senior leaders. Start with a one-topic training day, build habits through a journey of training, coaching and mastermind groups, or change how your leaders lead over six to twelve months.

Challenges we help leaders solve.

Pick the one that sounds like yours. We'll show what usually helps, and which program fits best.

What it looks like

  • Hard to switch from doing the work yourself to managing the people who do it.
  • Delegation feels risky, so important tasks stay with you.
  • The pull to micromanage grows when the pressure rises.
  • Feedback and difficult conversations get postponed.

How we help

  • Give a clear picture of the manager's role: the management cycle, managerial and non-managerial tasks, and where your time goes.
  • Practise delegating with clear accountability, and following up without micromanaging.
  • Build habits for goal setting, 1:1 meetings and feedback, on real situations.
  • Add individual coaching and a mastermind group, so support continues while you learn on the job.

Journey

Training, individual coaching and mastermind groups give new managers time to practise and people to lean on.

Start smaller: an intensive on delegation and control, or on manager vs leader, in 1 - 2 days.

Intensives: one topic, one or two days.

Choose the topic your leaders need most. Each intensive gives practical tools and time to practise them on real situations, in person or online.

Management

  • Manager vs leaderThe management cycle, managerial and non-managerial tasks, and where your time actually goes.
  • Planning and goal settingPlanning and organizing tools, SMART goals and accountability matrixes, practised in simulations.
  • Delegation and controlCascade goals through the team, delegate with clear accountability, and follow up without micromanaging.

Leadership

  • Leadership stylesSituational leadership: the style each person and situation needs, and your own default.
  • People motivationEmployee maturity levels and twelve motivation factors, applied to the people on your team.
  • Feedback and 1:1 meetingsSupportive, stopping and developing feedback, and how to run 1:1s that matter.
  • Meeting facilitationStructure effective meetings and practise check-ins, brainstorming and problem-solving.

Emotional intelligence

  • Emotional intelligenceManage your own emotions, reduce stress and build resilience.
  • CommunicationChoose the right type of communication, listen actively, and adapt to who is in front of you.
  • Building effective relationsMap stakeholders, balance assertiveness with empathy, and influence without pressure.
  • Conflict resolutionRecognize the stages of a conflict, use nonviolent communication, and practise difficult conversations.

Need a topic that isn't listed? We'll build it around your leaders' real situations.

Journeys: training, coaching and mastermind groups.

Learning that continues after the session ends. Leaders learn together, apply the tools in their own teams, and get support on the situations they actually face.

  1. 1

    Kick-off workshop

We start with the managers to hear their real challenges, gain their buy-in, and align the content with what they face.

  2. 2

    Learning modules

Short modules, each with practical tools and an application task to try in the manager's own team.

  3. 3

    Individual coaching

One-to-one sessions apply the tools to complicated cases and support each leader's development path.

  4. 4

    Mastermind groups

Leaders bring live challenges to their peers and help each other work through them.

Questions about leadership programs.

What is the difference between an intensive and a journey?

An intensive teaches one topic in one or two days. A journey combines group training with individual coaching and mastermind groups over several months, so new habits have time to settle.

Who are the programs for?

New managers, experienced leaders and leadership teams. We shape the content around where your managers are today.

Can we start small and grow?

Yes. An intensive is a good way to test the topic and the fit before committing to a longer program.

How do you make sure it carries into the work?

Every module includes application tasks in the managers' own teams. Coaching and mastermind sessions return to those real situations, and where useful, team climate surveys show what changed.
