An engaged team sharing ideas during a leadership workshop
Leadership & team development

Leaders and teams,
growing together.

Great leaders are built by their teams, and great teams are shaped by their leaders. Cross Point supports both at the same time, through Leadership Point and Team Point, so they grow toward the same goal.

Human-centered. Practical. Built around you.

The CrossPoint perspective

Neither works without the other.
We work on both.

A leader can't succeed without a team that works. A team can't work without a leader who leads. So we develop both, side by side.

Asel Lobanchenko

Systemic leadership coach in Berlin
Leaders don't need fixing. They need the driver's seat.

I'm a systemic leadership coach in Berlin, originally from Kyrgyzstan. I work with first-time and mid-level leaders, founders and CEOs of fast-growing companies who got promoted for being great at the work, and now have to lead people, carry pressure and make calls nobody trained them for.

I know that seat from the inside. I moved to Germany in my early twenties with no network and no roadmap, spent over a decade in tech, consulting and creative agencies (Accenture, Deloitte, Idealo, Anomaly), and then built my own business from scratch.

My coaching is systemic, practical and honest: deep reflection in the session, something real to try and test before the next one.

What a program looks like in practice.

Where should we start, with the leader or the team?

Either. Many organizations start on one side. We look at the other side early, because change on one side usually needs support from the other to last.

What does a program involve?

Programs combine training or workshops, individual or team coaching, and mastermind groups, with practice on real work in between. Longer programs begin with a team climate evaluation or a team assessment.

How do you make sure it carries into the work?

Every module includes application tasks in participants' own teams. Coaching and mastermind sessions return to those real situations, and where useful, team climate surveys before and after show what changed.

Can you tailor a program to our organization?

Yes. We shape topics, formats and length around your challenges and priorities, and every program starts from a conversation.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us where the leader or the team is stuck. We'll say where we'd begin, and whether it's one side or both.
